The manufacturer of machinery for precast concrete, which has its headquarters in Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville), has established itself as a world leader in the supply of precast equipment and global solutions to clients on the 5 continents. They work in the residential, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, offering innovative solutions in precast concrete molds for sale, machinery, and precast concrete plants.
That is why MOLDTECH has already increased its turnover by 30 % in 2023 compared to 2022 and plans to exceed 25 million euros in 2024; its contracted order portfolio for the coming months, which includes a variety of precast concrete mouldings projects, is around 20 million euros.
Angel Cejudo, founder and CEO of MOLDTECH, has expressed that the recent orders are the fruit of years of effort focused on the growth of the company in the sector. These new awards are a collective achievement of the entire MOLDTECH team and represent a challenge to demonstrate their ability and talent.
MOLDTECH has closed new contracts with top-level construction companies and clients in consolidated markets such as the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom or Canada, involving the supply of precast concrete moulds and other essential equipment for high-profile projects.
The company is currently immersed in large-scale projects, including the supply of molds for the construction of a new prison facility in Alabama (USA), the supply of state-of-the-art equipment for the manufacture of prestressed bridge girders for the H2S project for the new high-speed train from Crewe to London in the United Kingdom, as well as an important contract with UMB, the largest civil works construction company in Romania.
In addition, MOLDTECH is in the final stage of negotiating a major contract in Southeast Asia for the production of prefabricated housing modules that are assembled on site using the PPVC system, which is widespread in Asia and which the company is trying to implement in Europe and America.
Employment
With a consolidated team of 140 employees, the company plans to reach 180 people by the end of 2024. This increase is due to the strong commitment that the company has made since practically its inception on exports to international markets.
R&D
MOLDTECH maintains its commitment to research and development (R&D). Proof of this is the recent opening of modern offices where the technical department has the capacity to expand and where the company carries out multiple engineering projects.
